Pipings have been part of almost all process Industries. It takes more prominence in some of the Industries like Water Treatment, Pharmaceuticals Plants etc. and becomes more complex.

 

There arise the need for 3D pipe modelling / routing to be able to engineer the piping arrangement without interferences and at the same time visualize the rooting from process, functional and aesthetic point of views.

 

Seyon specializes in 3D pipe design and layouts based on the process requirements. Seyon’s experienced engineers with the understanding of the process and functional aspects have been able to produce optimized piping arrangement taking into account the importance of space availability.

 

Seyon has done many 3D piping arrangements and layouts for water treatment plants that involves internal piping inside the process building and field piping as well.

Having done many process flow diagrams and P&ID’s, Seyon has the capability to provide a cost effective engineering solutions from preparing the PFD’s, P&ID’s to piping layouts and detailed isometrics with material take-offs. Having done many projects, Seyon engineers have acquired a good knowledge of process piping standards and the associated engineering practices.

 

There are difference pipe materials used in the process industries depending on the application and Seyon has dealt with a wide range of pipe materials in our projects and its associated fittings to be used, to say ‘we know what we do’ when it comes to piping arrangements.
